In the product notes section, the customer can write their notes, which will be implemented if possible but are not obligatory for the store.

The product description contains all the information we have about the product. If you have any inquiries or find missing information, please contact us through the available communication channels.
5. Discount Code Conditions
Some discount codes do not apply to installment payment methods such as Tabby and Tamara.
6. Handling Incomplete Orders
If the order is incomplete or does not match what was ordered, we bear responsibility, and the customer has the right to request financial compensation or completion of the remaining items, provided the store is notified (via WhatsApp) within one hour of receiving the order.
7. Order Confirmation and Payment
The order is considered confirmed only after payment and order confirmation. For bank transfer orders, the receipt must be attached.
8. Providing Accurate Address
The customer must provide a clear address, including name, street, house number, neighborhood, and a nearby landmark. Missing this information is considered incomplete.
9. Receiving Live Livestock
If the customer requests delivery of live livestock, it must be visually inspected upon receipt and cannot be exchanged or returned after acceptance.
